We source our beef from the Upper Midwest and deliver it fresh.

Our steakhouse takes great pride in working closely with breeders, packers, and processors to deliver an unmatched level of quality. Any steak you order at our Philadelphia steakhouse is carefully selected from a list of sustainable farms in Minnesota and North Dakota. The cattle is raised, fed  and processed to Gibsons’ strict specifications which sets us apart from all other commodity Prime Beef programs.

The cattle in this Upper Midwest region offer superior taste and tenderness. And because we don’t believe in flash freezing, every steak on the menu has been delivered fresh!

Our steaks are aged for 40 days.

All of our beef is aged for 40 days to provide maximum flavor and tenderness. Then we rub the steak with olive oil and Gibsons own specialty seasoning salt. After that, the steaks are cooked in an 1800° Fahrenheit infrared broiler, this way all of our steaks have the perfect char!
