Staff Picks! Our Favorite Taste of Hugo’s

At Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House, we’re known for our mouthwatering menu items. Guests and staff members alike can’t stop raving about the flavor and quality of our entrees. Let’s take a look at what menu items our staff members appreciate most.

Cali: The Loaded Wedge

Cali’s favorite entrée is the loaded wedge. She can’t start any meal at Hugo’s without the loaded wedge. “It’s crisp, light, and refreshing,” said Cali.

 

Antoinette: Cajun Chicken and Crab

The Cajun Chicken and Crab is Antoinette’s top pick. “The tender Cajun spiced chicken and andouille sausage gives the dish a little spice which is balanced by the sweet jumbo lump crab meat and basmati rice.” said Antoinette. “Then, it’s finished with a lemon butter sauce that is simply delicious.” Her absolute favorite part of the dish is the perfect balance of crab meat and chicken.

 

Daisy: 8-Ounce Filet

Daisy is all about the 8-ounce filet. “I love steak!” said Daisy, “Our 8-ounce filet is lean, tender, and ever so juicy.” She explained that pairing the filet with truffle mashed potatoes was absolutely genius and it’s obvious that they were made with love.

 

Pino: The Duroc Pork Chop

The Duroc pork chop is Pino’s entrée of choice. He believes the pork chop is the perfect choice for guests who aren’t in the mood for steak. I always recommend the Duroc Pork Chop and in the two years we’ve been open, I’ve never had a complaint. In fact, I’ve had repeat guests because of this pork chop,” said Pino.

 

Joseph: Grilled Salmon

Joseph is a huge fan of the grilled salmon because it explodes with flavor. “We paired the grilled salmon with a mango chili glaze and cilantro pineapple rice which we hope will remind you of summertime during this chilly winter,” said Joseph.
